It is well known that Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”) gives employees the right to communicate with one another about their wages, hours and working conditions or, stated otherwise, to engage in protected concerted activity (“Section 7 rights”) in both unionized and non-unionized contexts.
