Employers May Devise Their Own Acknowledgement Forms

On November 2, 2009, we issued a Client Advisory reminding employers that effective October 26, 2009, New York employers are required to provide written notification to newly hired employees of their regular rate of pay, their regular pay date, and their overtime rate of pay if the employees are eligible.
