We represent employers in litigation in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies such as the EEOC, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York City Commission on Human Rights, and in alternative dispute resolution. We have defended employment claims filed under all applicable discrimination statutes, as well as claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York Labor Law, the False Claims Act whistleblower provisions, and employment-related tort and contract claims, including tortious interference with contract and interference with prospective economic advantage.
